Hey, so...coming from a guy's perspective...cause I am one..here's what Jim's doing: He see's that another guy is coming in (mike), and that he has the possibility of losing you. I know you and Jim are not "together" but it sounds like if either one of you did and said the right things, you guys could be together again, sort of like a back up plan, or a "safety bf/safety gf". Jim know's that if you get involved with Mike, he'll lose his "back up". Knowing this, he is being extra nice/sweet/lovey dovey, doing just enough to pull you away from Mike and back to him, once he feel's safe again, and know's Mike isn't a threat anymore, things will probably return to normal (he'll return to normal) and you'll probably remember why you guy's aren't together any more...this is all speculation but I hope it helps

Hey. Believe it or not, I'm going through pretty much the same thing. Every time my ex and I get together to hang out, we end up getting back together. It actually happened a few days ago again, and he hasn't called me or made any attempt to contact me at all. I've decided that I can't let my past rule my future and I can't bring back happy times with him. I can't put all of my hope and trust in him when I have other people that respect and love me more than he does, whether romantically or not. He doesn't deserve me. You should tell yourself things like this, too, because it's true. Well, it's only natural to feel this way. Don't feel bad or anything. What i suggest is that ya tell Chris exactly how ya feel. That ya think ya falling for him yet ya didn't want it to affect anything between ya two.

It's better this way right? If he admits he feel the same for ya...yes, it's unfair to his fiance, but the choice is for him to make. By doing so, ya can also like clarify what kinda relationship ya two are having, be it as a good bud kinda love or BGR.
